Shipping Rates

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in the United States and territories on all orders of $99 or more (USD). We offer flat $4.99 reduced rate STANDARD SHIPPING on anything less than $98. Here's our rates chart:

Please note:

• Shipping cost is calculated on the total after discounts and before tax
• Gift cards don't affect shipping
• Standard shipping only.
  

Estimated delivery times

All products are made to order, allow 2-5 days process time.

• Orders are usually fulfilled within a few days
• Some are hand-sewn and take longer
• Shipping adds an additional 2-5 business days
  
• Holidays: Black Friday to New Year's Eve takes longer.  If ordering for Christmas we suggest order be placed no longer than December 9th.
  

International shipping (customs/duty fees)

We do not ship to international however we may change this policy if there's a demand.

Lost package

Once a package is on its way, the shipping service is responsible for it. Make sure you provided the correct info. If you think you did, write to us, including your order number. We'll do our best in our limited power.

Tracking

Not all products ship with a tracking number. A single order can include products with and without a tracking number. If you receive a tracking page link, it is only associated with the products mentioned in it. A missing tracking number for a product, even within the same order, is not a sign that something is wrong with your order.
